Marseille send new offer for Olympic star Kiliann Sildillia | OneFootball

According to a report by journalist Fabrizio Romano, Olympique de Marseille have sent a third offer to SC Freiburg for Kiliann Sildillia (22). Marseille are reportedly attempting to negotiate a loan with an obligation to buy as they try and strengthen their options at right-back following the departure of Jonathan Clauss (31) to OGC Nice.

This looks to be a weak spot for the club with Michael Amir Murillo (28) and Pol Lirola (27) looking far from obvious first choices for the position. Sildillia would be a clear upgrade having impressed during his time in Germany, as well as for the France U23s during this summer’s Olympic Games.

Marseille and Kiliann Sildillia agree personal terms

Sildillia has made an exit to Marseille his priority this summer with the young fullback having reportedly already agreed personal terms with the club. All that is left is for Les Phocéens to reach an agreement with their German counterparts.
