Bryan Mbeumo’s thumping volley in Brentford’s 3-1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur has been nominated for September’s Premier League Goal of the Month award.
The forward found the net with just 22 seconds on the clock, meeting Keane Lewis-Potter’s cross from the left.
Mbeumo has started the season in fine form, scoring five goals in six top-flight appearances.
