The OneFootball podcast returns once again to take a look at women’s football.
This week Angelina Kelly is joined by Her Football Hub’s Jay Lewis and Alejandro Diago.
First up and the panel dissect the FA Cup semi-final games that saw Chelsea get a 3-0 victory over a Manchester City team with an injury crisis and also Arsenal who celebrated a 3-0 win over Brighton thanks to an in-form Beth Mead. Elsewhere in England the panel discuss the appointment of Jean-Luc Vasseur at Everton and whether he will be a success.
Meanwhile, in Spain Esther González celebrated finally getting on the scoresheet for Real Madrid as she scored two goals for the club. Does this mean that we are starting to see Real perform to the levels that we know they are capable of reaching?
In Italy, Barbara Bonansea celebrated her 100th Juventus appearance with a goal as her side got a 2-1 win over Inter Milan. Bonansea is arguably the key figure in this team, but will she still be in Turin next season?
And finally, with the groups for Euro 2022 now announced the panel discuss each group, who they think will qualify and some early predictions for who could be lifting the trophy next summer.
