Inter left wing-back Nicola Zalewski has suffered a muscle injury which will force him to the sidelines in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals against Lazio on Tuesday.
Inter coach Simone Inzaghi will be forced to do without Poland international Zalewski for Tuesday’s Coppa Italia quarter-final tie against Lazio.
As reported by Gazzetta, the ex-Roma full-back has suffered a soleus muscle injury, which will force Inzaghi to start Federico Dimarco as a left wing-back tomorrow.

The Italy international will be one of the three regular Inter starters featuring in their line-up against Lazio. The other two are Benjamin Pavard and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Contrary to what had initially been reported, Inzaghi decided after today’s training session to rest Hakan Calhanoglu for the Lazio game, hoping to see his shape improve for the next Serie A match against Napoli.
Davide Frattesi is also not fully fit, so he’ll start on the bench alongside Nicolò Barella.
Matteo Darmian will be Inter’s starting right wing-back, while Marko Arnautovic and Mehdi Taremi will likely start up front.
Probable Inter XI vs Lazio: J. Martinez: Pavard, de Vrij, Bisseck; Darmian, Mkhitaryan, Asllani, Zielinski, Dimarco; Taremi, Arnautovic.
