More possibly cheap PL stars Leicester could try to sign in January

We wanted to address a few things on Sunday evening following a disastrous match for Leicester City versus Wolverhampton Wanderers. As we always do here, we spoke about mistakes and any positives from the Foxes management and squad. But there is an opportunity for King Power bosses and recruitment staff to aid Ruud van Nistelrooy and his men by strengthening them via the soon-to-be open January transfer market.

With the east Midlands side seemingly beginning to struggle more heavily, they should take the chance to improve the team. Relegation would be more costly than investment at this stage - and always is in the modern, wealthy era. To that end, we nominate of three potentially inexpensive but qualified Premier League stars whom Leicester should plausibly attempt to sign in the New Year.

Hopefully the LCFC ownership and the director of football have people in mind, and are ready to strike soon. That is because, in my opinion, a drop down to the Championship is once again looming in likelihood. So, only one day after publishing a small list for the Blue Army's perusal, we are further shouts. Here are a few extra suggestions for Khun Top, Jon Rudkin and so-called head of Leicester City scouting, Martyn Glover.

Three out of favour footballers Leicester City might attempt to acquire or loan

Fabio Carvalho

The winger, who may only be a Bee temporarily at this rate, signed for Brentford over the summer. Now, this guy is talented. The sort of talent that can make things happen in tough matches, similarly to Facundo Buonanotte.

City have had prior links to the attacker. Even Carvalho's father is unhappy with his son's playing time at the Gtech Community Stadium. Therefore City might be able to arrange a loan:

"Victor Carvalho posted the following comment on the club's official full-time post after the draw with Everton on Instagram: 'Son, you have to leave this club.' The comment has since been deleted."The Sun

Julio Enciso

Brighton & Hove Albion likely know they have a potential gem in Enciso. However, the attacking midfielder might not get too many minutes for the Seagulls this season.

Journalists have already hinted that the Paraguayan may perhaps be loaned. Just like Carvalho, Enciso is a creator and a playmaker with a goal in him. A social media post also alludes to an exit.

Ben Chilwell

No offers have reportedly transpired for the overpaid England international. He is unwanted at Chelsea and in total limbo. He is, though, another obvious way to ameliorate LCFC's left back position.

Just to quickly contradict myself, previously I advocated not re-signing the ex-Fox. However, with the state of play at the King Power he is conceivably needed at the right price.
