Nottingham Forest are reportedly interested in bringing Manchester City winger Carlos Borges to the club this summer.
That’s according to ESPN, who have reported that the Premier League side are keen on making a move for the 19-year-old.
Borges was named the Player of the Season for Premier League 2, the reserve competition for the division, last season after scoring 21 goals in 24 appearances.
The Portuguese, who has been a part of City’s academy since 2015, has one year left on his current contract at the Etihad Stadium and it is believed the treble winners value him at around £11m should he make a move.
ESPN have also stated that despite Forest’s interest, there is still hope from City’s side that Borges will sign a new deal before leaving on loan for first-team football.
