The headline fixture of the weekend in Spain is of course set to play out in short order.

As much will see Diego Simeone’s Atlético play host to Barcelona, in a crunch clash in the race for the La Liga title.

Emerge triumphant, and visitors Barca will reclaim their place atop the table, whilst boasting a game in hand over 2nd-placed Real Madrid.

Fall to defeat, though, and the Blaugrana would open the door for both Madrid clubs to take advantage.

In turn, it should come as little surprise to hear of Hansi Flick opting for a strong line-up of players to take to the pitch at the Metropolitano.

The one major change, as alluded to above, comes in midfield, where youngster Marc Casadó is given the nod, pushing Frenkie de Jong to the bench.
