Official: Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti wins The Best FIFA Men’s Coach 2024 | OneFootball

In what turned out to be a successful evening for Real Madrid at the The Best FIFA Football Awards gala, manager Carlo Ancelotti won the The Best FIFA Men’s Coach for the Year 2024.

The Italian tactician, in his second stint at the club, has brought in a lot of success, and led the Merengues to three trophies last season.

Indeed, Real Madrid won the La Liga title, the Spanish Super Cup and the UEFA Champions League this year and followed it up with the UEFA Super Cup at the start of the new campaign.

Given everything he has achieved this season, it did not come as a surprise to see Ancelotti walking away with the honour at the awards gala.

Collecting the trophy, Ancelotti thanked Real Madrid president Florentino Perez for allowing him to be the coach of the ‘best club the world’ while also thanking his players, family, and FIFA.

Apart from Ancelotti’s triumph, Vinicius Jr. was named The Best FIFA Men’s Player of the Year while Real Madrid also had five representatives in the The Best FIFA Men’s XI for 2024.
