For those not familiar with his name, Yáñez is an 18-year-old attacker, who is currently plying his trade with Real Madrid Castilla.

The Spaniard, who generally operates on the right wing, has long been considered one of the standout up-and-coming talents amongst those behind the scenes at Valdebebas.

Yáñez, in fact, has been tipped by many as a potential future first-team star in the making, having already made his debut for Carlo Ancelotti’s senior side.

Safe to say, then, that all associated with Real Madrid will no doubt be delighted to hear of the latest word surrounding the winger’s future.

As per journalist Fabrizio Romano:

‘Real Madrid talent Daniel Yáñez has signed a new deal at the club valid until June 2029.’
