Juventus coach Thiago Motta has named his squad list for this evening’s Coppa Italia game against Cagliari, confirming the absences of Douglas Luiz and Andrea Cambiaso, among others.
Defending champions Juventus make their Coppa Italia debut at the Allianz Stadium this evening, hosting Serie A strugglers Cagliari.
The Old Lady remains unbeaten in Serie A but has collected ten draws in 16 games and is already nine points below table leaders Atalanta.
Motta has named his squad list for this evening’s fixture, confirming the absences of six players: Douglas Luiz, Andrea Cambiaso, Jonas Rouhi, Arkadiusz Milik, Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal.

The winning side between Juventus and Cagliari will meet Empoli in the quarter-finals in February 2025.
The Tuscans eliminated Fiorentina on penalties in the previous knock-out round.
Juventus are expected to line up with a 4-2-3-1 system tonight, with Kenan Yildiz playing behind Dusan Vlahovic, Teun Koopmeiners in central midfield, Manuel Locatelli and Weston McKennie in defence.
