West Ham have been reported to have received a €15m offer for Luis Guilherme which this club denies.

Reports in the media suggest that Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk have tabled the ‘package’ for the player whom the club, and in particular Tim Steidten brought in over the summer.

It appears the club now though are resigned to his exit, with it understood the desire is to recoup the €23m outlay.

Club insider ExWHUEmployee of The West Ham Way provided an update, advising that the club deny an offer has been received as of yet, but they are certainly not closing the door on others to come forward.

“West Ham have denied reports that they have received a €15m “package” from Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk for Brazilian player Guilherme,” stated Ex.

“We exclusively revealed at the start of the window that the club would be prepared to entertain offers for the player but when showed the reports that have emerged, a top source said “Not true and it wouldn’t be acceptable. We paid €23m”.

“This shows that the club are looking to get back what they paid for the player it would seem.”
