Over the last two summer transfer windows, Paris Saint-Germain have plucked an emerging talent from France in Bradley Barcola from Olympique Lyonnais and Desire Doue from Stade Rennais.

Nonetheless, could it be another summer transfer window in which PSG secure a top talent from France’s top flight?

L’Équipe recently reported that PSG are making a move to sign Maghnes Akliouche this summer, and the player has taken notice. But they won’t be alone in the race—Manchester City are also seriously interested.

However, another talent could be on PSG’s radar to bolster their attack for next season.

What other Ligue 1 talent could PSG pursue this summer?

Fichajes reports that RC Strasbourg’s Emanuel Emegha is drawing interest from PSG. Heading into Ligue 1’s Matchday 29, the 22-year-old has recorded 12 goals and two assists in 25 total appearances.

The report mentions that a potential move for the Dutchman is estimated to cost around €30 million for PSG or any other interested club. If PSG proceeds with this file, they’ll face competition.

This week, Graeme Bailey told Everton News that the striker is on Everton’s radar, but Chelsea aren’t currently planning to bring him in from their sister club.

Bailey added: “He’s very, very, very good. West Ham have been looking at him, but Everton have also been doing the rounds on him for a few weeks. He’s definitely an option.”
