Paris Saint-Germain hold a 3-1 lead against Aston Villa heading into the second leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final, however, changes may be made to their starting XI at Villa Park.

Marquinhos was suspended for the first leg at the Parc des Princes and was replaced by Lucas Beraldo. PSG’s club captain is expected to make a return to the starting XI tonight in Birmingham with Beraldo dropping to the bench. There way also be a change in the attack.

Désiré Doué was preferred in the first leg. His play-style suited the low-block played by Aston Villa in that game. However, the Premier League side are now chasing the game and so are not expected to sit in a low-block. PSG could adapt to that by fielding Bradley Barcola in Doué’s place. The former Olympique Lyonnais winger would be a more logical choice given the space on offer.

PSG likely line-up v Aston Villa

Gianluigi Donnarumma; Nuno Mendes, Willian Pacho, Marquinhos, Achraf Hakimi; Fabián Ruiz, Vitinha, João Neves; Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Ousmane Dembélé, Bradley Barcola.
