Eintracht Frankfurt have no intention to sell Rafael Borré in the winter despite playing a reservist role and interest from Spanish and Italian clubs.
BILD, Borré’s advisor wants to travel to Frankfurt in the next few weeks to talk to the player and SGE sporting director Markus Krösche about his current situation. Ousted of the starting XI by summer arrival Randal Kolo Muani, Borré was integral to Eintracht’s Europa League winning campaign last season.
Since the arrival of Kolo Muani, Borré (27) has started just four of Eintracht’s 12 games across the Bundesliga and Champions League this season, and has been substituted in eight times – the Colombian has scored one goal across 571 minutes.
BILD: “We don’t plan to sell him in the winter.”
