Sources close to Manchester United striker Rashford have denied negotiations with Serie A side Como, coached by ex-Premier League star Cesc Fabregas.

“No talks taking place or planned and not an option under consideration for Marcus/his camp.”

The Italian transfer expert adds that Rashford’s camp has been in talks with Milan, Juventus and Borussia Dortmund.

Nevertheless, Sky Sport Italia insist Como are very much in the race for the English forward.

Even the most recent updates on Thursday morning and afternoon suggested that Como would easily cover Rashford’s salary for the second part of the campaign, while Milan need the striker to lower his wages if he wants to complete an initial loan move to San Siro this month.
