Real Hope FA entered with a 1-nil lead after winning the first leg a week ago. Stanley Joseph scored the lone goal in the first encounter to place the Haitian side in the lead.

Huguens Michel nearly opened the scoring in the second leg, hitting the right post on a free-kick attempt in the 38’.

Angelo Exilus struck on the counter in the 66’, finding the back of the net with a right-footed hit inside the box to place the visitors in front, and place Real Hope FA up 2-nil on aggregate.

Guillermo de Peña tied the match in the 71' with a left-footed rocket near the top of the box.

De Peña struck again in the 79' with a right-footed strike from the right side of the penalty area to pounce on ball headed into the box by Gustavo Ascona. The strike helped the Moca tie on aggregate, although the hosts still needed another goal to overcome the away goals advantage for Real Hope.

Daniel Saint-Fleur scored from outside the box in the 90' to all but seal the series for the Haitian side.

Rapha Intervil, instrumental in the build-up to the Saint-Fleur goal, added his name to the scoresheet in the 90'+5 with a right-footed finish in the box to place a bow on the victory. Rikanel Chery assisted the final goal as Real Hope claimed its third-place finish and the Champions Cup qualification.
