Supporters of La Liga giants Real Madrid have come together on Wednesday night, to collectively call for Carlo Ancelotti to be sent on his way.

Real, of course, are fresh off being sent packing from Europe in embarrassing fashion.

Afte welcoming Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal to Spain’s capital for the 2nd leg of a Champions League quarter-final tie, Los Blancos were aware that they required another historic ‘remontada’.

This comes after they were put to the sword by three goals to nil at The Emirates last week.

To say that the Spanish champions failed to conjure up the required performance, however, would be something of an understatement.

Over the course of the 90 minutes, Real barely managed to carve out a clear-cut goalscoring opportunity, en route to a 2-1 defeat, and 5-1 aggregate drubbing.

And as alluded to above, the finger of blame for as much has since been pointed squarely in one direction.

Evidently completely fed up with their side’s tactician amid what has been an underwhelming campaign all told, the Blancos faithful have, as one, called for the head of manager Carlo Ancelotti.
