A head-turning statistic, surrounding the respective endeavours of Barcelona and Real Madrid stars Lamine Yamal and Jude Bellingham, has come to the fore late on Saturday.

This, of course, comes fresh off the former playing his part in a historic evening for Barcelona.

After making the trip to the Spanish capital for a top-of-the-table La Liga clash, Hansi Flick’s troops absolutely ran riot, on their way to an eventual 4-0 triumph.

The aforementioned Lamine, for his part, was amongst the goals for the visitors, lashing a wonderful right-footed finish into the roof of Andriy Lunin’s net to put the visitors 3-0 up inside the closing quarter of an hour.

And such exploits on the part of the 17-year-old have given rise to a statistic which will make for painful reading on the part of the Real Madrid faithful.

This comes with Lamine, in a single fixture at the Santiago Bernabéu, having managed more goals than Jude Bellingham has notched at his home ground across the entirety of the campaign to date.
