Real Madrid produced a rabbit out of the hat last night at Santiago Bernabeu, as they secured a comprehensive 3-1 victory that seals their place in the Round of 16 of UCL this season.
It was a Kylian Mbappe masterclass at the Bernabeu, with the Frenchman bagged a hat-trick that helped him equal Lionel Messi’s record against the Premier League champions.
Nevertheless, while Mbappe ruled the roost in the final third, his attacking partner Vinicius Junior, had a rather tepid game.
The Brazilian also looked a bit frustrated, which came to the fore after the final whistle when the forward started scolding Eduardo Camavinga.
Vinicius can be seen having an argument with the midfielder after the final whistle, with MARCA notably giving a complete lowdown on the incident.

As per the report, Vinicius showed his anger towards Camavinga as he was unhappy with the way the Frenchman was playing.
It appears Vini didn’t like how Camavinga was completely reckless in some of his challenges despite the fact that he is running on thin ice, as far as suspensions were concerned.
Although Camavinga did not pick up a yellow on the night, a booking would have ruled him out of the next Champions League knockout game – something Real Madrid cannot afford given the ongoing injury crisis.
That is why Vinicius was frustrated and felt the midfielder was not being disciplined on the pitch. A particularly nervy moment saw Camavinga foul Omar Marmoush late in the game – something which could have easily earned him a booking.
That said, Camavinga was able to survive the game without a booking and will now be available for the first leg of the Round of 16, where Real Madrid will either take on Bayer Leverkusen or Bayer Leverkusen, depending on tomorrow’s draw.
