Real Madrid will lock horns with RB Salzburg in a UEFA Champions League encounter at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday night.
Given their precarious position in the UCL standings, it is very much a must-win match for Los Blancos as another slip-up would jeopardise their chances of finishing within the top 24 and securing a knockout playoff position.
As such, leading up to the match, Carlo Ancelotti & co. can use all the good news they can get and they have received a welcome update on the fitness front.
According to AS, Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni is fit and available to face RB Salzburg tomorrow, which will come as a boost for the team.
The 24-year-old missed the last La Liga clash against UD Las Palmas, having had to drop out of the squad hours before kickoff due to muscle discomfort.

Tchouameni trained by himself on Monday, raising doubts about whether he will be fit enough to face Salzburg in the Champions League tomorrow.
However, the midfielder trained with the rest of the group today and is all fit and ready to be included in the matchday squad against the Austrian giants.
As to whether Tchouameni will start or be on the bench, the final call will be made by manager Ancelotti.
If he had not recovered, Ancelotti would likely have gone with the midfield setup comprising Luka Modric, Dani Ceballos, and Jude Bellingham as Federico Valverde is likely to play at right-back in Lucas Vazquez’s absence.
But with Tchouameni now returning, the decision will be made by Ancelotti as to whether the Frenchman is ready to start in the lineup or on the bench.
