Real Madrid star wins back-to-back Player of the Month awards | OneFootball

A leading member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has this week been named the club’s official Player of the Month for the 2nd time in succession.

The player in question? Aurélien Tchouaméni.

Midfielder Tchouaméni has for his part enjoyed nothing short of a remarkable return to form over the course of recent weeks.

After struggling to the point of being regularly jeered by his own fans, the France international has rebuilt his confidence and form alike in hugely impressive fashion.

Tchouaméni once more looks every bit of the midfield giant who was brought in from AS Monaco, patrolling Carlo Ancelotti’s engine room with equal physical dominance and technical excellence.

This resurgence has not been at all overlooked on the part of the Real Madrid faithful, who recently voted Tchouaméni as their side’s Player of the Month for March.

And as alluded to above, the 25-year-old, this week, has been rewarded once more.

As confirmed across social media, after being nominated for the prize earlier this month, Tchouaméni has scooped the Real Madrid Player of the Month award for April, too, his 2nd in succession.
