Real Madrid have reportedly set their sights on Inter Milan defender Bisseck as they look to bolster their backline for next season.

Nevertheless, the Champions League winners have recently bid their captain Nacho Fernandez farewell. Therefore, they are searching the market for a new centre-back.

The Spanish giants have long identified Lille teenager Lenny Yoro as their primary transfer target for the role.

But as OK Diario (via FcInterNews) explains, the Ligue 1 side is requesting 60 million euros to part ways with the 18-year-old.

Therefore, Real could be looking to add other players to their shortlist. And chief among them is Bisseck.

The Germany U21 starlet made the move to Inter last summer. He completed a permanent transfer from Danish top-flight side Aarhus, The operation cost the Nerazzurri circa 7 million euros.

He initially arrived as a relative unknown. Nevertheless, he eventually managed to prove his worth as the season progressed.

The young centre-back cemented himself as a reliable backup in defense, especially as a replacement for Benjamin Pavard on the right side.

The Koln youth product has a contract with the Serie A giants valid until June 2028.

So it remains to be seen if Carlo Ancelotti’s side will lunge forward with an offer and whether it would prove enough to convince Inter.

Bisseck made 16 appearances in Serie A last season. He contributed with two goals and an assist en route to the club’s historic Scudetto triumph.

In addition to the Serie A title, the German also won the Italian Super Cup in his maiden campaign in the Peninsula.
