After an up-and-down loan spell with PSV Eindhoven last season, many believe German youth international and Bayern Munich midfielder Adrian Fein is on the verge of taking a major step in his career.
Other clubs have taken notice of his potential and, according to Kicker, Greuther Fürth and Holstein Kiel are both keen on bringing in the 22-year-old this summer.
While it’s unclear whether the German clubs are keen on a loan or an outright buy, Greuther Fürth would provide Fein with Bundesliga football while last season’s DFB-Pokal semi-finalists were denied Bundesliga status after losing the relegation play-off to Köln.
Fein, who joined Bayern’s youth ranks as a seven-year-old, has yet to register an appearance with the Bavarian senior side. He is currently under contract until summer 2023.
Last season, Fein registered a goal and three assists in 18 appearances in all competitions for PSV – most notably a pair of assists in PSV’s 4-0 Europa League win over Omonia last December.
