Paris Saint-Germain found themselves in a tough spot, trailing 2-0 to Manchester City early in the second half. But the capital club showed incredible resilience, mounting a comeback with four unanswered goals to secure a dramatic 4-2 win.
City struck first in the 50th minute when Jack Grealish pounced on a loose ball in the box to give them the lead. Things worsened for PSG shortly after, with Erling Haaland doubling City’s advantage with a quick left-footed shot that beat the keeper at the bottom corner.
Despite the setback, PSG fought back. Ousmane Dembélé pulled one back, making it 2-1, and just moments later, Bradley Barcola equalized at 2-2. From there, PSG took control.
In the 78th minute, João Neves headed home a well-executed set piece to put PSG ahead. Gonçalo Ramos then sealed the victory, scoring a crucial goal that was confirmed by VAR after a brief review.

“What made the difference? Our mentality. We showed the character that this team has inside. It wasn’t easy, but it was incredible… it’s a feeling I can’t describe. We’re going to give everything for Paris Saint-Germain and for the PSG fans.”
“These are matches that are played inside and you have to bring out everything you have inside, and we did that so we are very happy. As soon as we arrived at the stadium, we felt the support of our fans. It was incredible, magnificent. I have to thank the fans for all the support they’ve given us since the start of the year.”
