The top brass is keeping things close to the vest. A few coaches are starting to get linked to the potential opening. The owners Dan and Ryan Friedkin are currently in New York. The ex-midfielder is there too, but it could be a coincidence.

Should they fire Juric, Roma will consider Roberto Mancini, who was recently axed by Saudi Arabia, Massimiliano Allegri, and Claudio Ranieri. The ex-Cagliari gaffer retired at the end of last season, but he might be talked into coming back, perhaps teaming up with De Rossi.
