Rrahmani thrilled with Napoli goal (& redemption) for victory at Udinese | OneFootball

Amir Rrahmani was thrilled to score in Napoli's 4-0 win at Udinese on Monday night.

The Kosovo international was grateful to Kalidou Koulibaly for his assist.

Rrahmani said he “thanked Koulibaly for the assist" and suggested he expects to get enough playing time this season.

“I've always said that a team like Napoli must have 3-4 strong defenders," he said.

“There are many games, the most important thing is to be ready at all times."

It's redemption for Rrahmani after he was hooked at halftime of the corresponding fixture last season.

“I remember that really well, but a professional footballer must be able to forget and start again," the 27-year-old told DAZN.

“What happens today will be forgotten tomorrow, you always need to focus on what's coming next. We won today and now we need to switch the focus to Wednesday."
