Sardar Azmoun is reportedly ready to get back on the pitch after missing the last few weeks with an injury.
The Iranian attacker was recently forced to sit out almost a month of action following a hamstring injury suffered while on international duty.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Azmoun has greatly improved in his condition and has been training with the team for the past week, showing positive signs in his recovery.
The newspaper claims that with Romelu Lukaku out and Tammy Abraham still not 100% fit as a result of his extensive absence, Azmoun could be relied upon by Daniele De Rossi in the coming days.
Starting with Bologna, Azmoun could soon return to Roma’s line-up.
