Vinicius Jr. has a contract with Real Madrid until June 2027, but Saudi Arabia appears more determined than ever to make a significant move for the Brazilian star.
Indeed, recent reports have suggested how the Middle Eastern country want to make the Brazilian superstar their next big marquee addition and present him as the face of their league in the near future.
Their aspirations have further been emboldened by the 24-year-old losing the Ballon d’Or to Rodri earlier this week.
Now, according to Santi Aouna, Saudi Arabia have made a remarkable approach to poach Vinicius Jr. away from Real Madrid.
As per the report, delegates from the Middle East already travelled to Madrid to meet the 24-year-old player and his entourage and presented him their project in the form of a video on a giant screen.
They have made an offer that includes a four-year contract with a crazy annual net salary ‘never before seen in world football’.

This historic offer would make Vinicius the world’s highest-paid player, with the additional perk of having a say in team recruitment in the future. The player has, in turn, opened the door to potentially leaving Madrid to explore an adventure in the Gulf region.
While attracting interest from European giants like PSG, Manchester United, and Chelsea, Vinicius is said to be intrigued by the Saudi proposal. However, any move would be considered only after 2026
Before that, Vinicius is determined to continue his current impressive form, having scored 8 goals and provided 7 assists in 15 matches across all competitions this season, with aspirations of winning the next Ballon d’Or.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid’s leadership is actively working to secure his future at the club. Recent reports indicated that the club’s board wishes to offer a new contract to the winger, just a year after their previous extension.
However, Vinicius has not yet responded to these overtures and is in no hurry to ink a new deal.
For the 24-year-old megastar, this represents a potential crossroads: continue his European success with Real Madrid or explore an unprecedented financial opportunity in the Middle East.
