Matias Soulé is expected to replace Paulo Dybala in the Roma attack against an Empoli side looking for their first Serie A win in 2025.
It kicks off at 18:00 CET (17:00 GMT) at the Stadio Castellani Computer Gross Arena.
The home side must cope without several players, including regular starters Ardian Ismajli, Mattia Viti, Tino Anjorin and Youssef Maleh.

Roma have travelled to Tuscany without Dybala, Zeki Celik and the suspended Gianluca Mancini.
Celik has a muscle problem, while Dybala has been rested ahead of next week’s Europa League Round of 16 tie against Athletic Club. Roma won the first leg 2-1 at the Olimpico earlier this week.
Soulé is expected to replace his compatriot Dybala up front, joining Eldor Shomurodov.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Angelino will start on the left wing, but Gazzetta reports Anass Salah-Eddine is favourite to start and let the ex-Man City defender rest ahead of next week’s Europa League decider in Bilbao.
The game will be streamed live by the OneFootball platform in the UK. FOX Deportes will broadcast it live in the USA, but Empoli-Roma is also available to stream on Paramount+, FuboTV, and the FOX Sports App.
