Randal Kolo Muani will lead the Juventus attack, while Dusan Vlahovic starts on the bench in a crucial match for a Champions League spot against Mattia Zaccagni’s Lazio.
It kicks off at 18:00 CET (17:00 BST) at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
Lazio and Juventus are level on 63 points in fourth place, the same point tally as Roma, with just three games remaining.
Elseid Hysaj is suspended for the home side, while Patric and Nuno Tavares are injured.

Juventus must cope without the suspended Kenan Yildiz and the injured Gleison Bremer, Juan Cabal, Arkadiusz Milik, Lloyd Kelly, Andrea Cambiaso and Teun Koopmeiners.
Federico Gatti and Vlahovic have recovered from injuries, but will start on the bench as they are still not fully fit.
Sky Sport and other media reported that Luca Pellegrini, a former Juventus defender, will replace Tavares as Lazio’s left-back. Besides that, Marco Baroni will field the ideal XI with Boulaye Dia and Valentin Castellanos up front.
Tudor will start Nicolò Savona in a three-man defence, as against Bologna last weekend. Alberto Costa will start his first Serie A game as a right wing-back, with Nico Gonzalez joining Kolo Muani in attack.
The game will be shown live on OneFootball in the UK and Paramount+ in the USA.
Lazio (4-2-3-1): Mandas; Marusic, Gila, Romagnoli, Pellegrini; Guendouzi, Rovella; Isaksen, Dia, Zaccagni; Castellanos.
Juventus (3-5-2): Di Gregorio; Kalulu, Veiga, Savona; Alberto Costa, McKennie, Locatelli, Thuram, Weah; Nico Gonzalez, Kolo Muani.
