Inter captain Lautaro Martinez is expected to start again as he hopes to end his goal drought against Udinese.
It kicks off at 15:00 CET (13:00 GMT) at the Dacia Arena in Udine.
The Nerazzurri face a delicate match as they immediately need to bounce back after their recent 2-1 defeat in the Derby della Madonnina and coach Simone Inzaghi looks set to make some changes.
As reported by Sky Sport Italia, Gazzetta and other sources, Yann Bisseck will earn a starting spot in the defensive trio, while Davide Frattesi will replace the injured Nicolò Barella in midfield. The latter is the only unavailable player in Udine alongside Tajon Buchanan.
After starting on the bench against Milan, Matteo Darmian looks set to return to the starting line-up at the detriment of Denzel Dumfries. At the same time, Marcus Thuram is favoured over Medhi Taremi to play alongside Lautaro Martinez.
With former Nerazzurri striker Alexis Sanchez still ruled out through injury, Udinese coach Kosta Runjaić will rely on in-form Lorenzo Lucca and Florian Thauvin for his attacking duo, with Sandi Lovric also expected to return among the starters.
In defence, Isaak Touré should start his first league game with the Bianconeri.
Udinese have picked up their first Serie A defeat of the season in their last match at Roma, but they still sit fourth in the table after an exciting start that saw them win both games played at the Dacia Arena.
The game is on Paramount+ in the USA. Fans in the UK and Ireland can watch it on OneFootball. The Bluenergy Stadium fixture will be broadcast live by beIN SPORTS 1 and streaming service beIN SPORTS CONNECT in Australia and New Zealand.
