Cliftonville players celebrate one of their sox goals against Lisburn Ladies.
Cliftonville hit Lisburn Ladies for six at Solitude to stretch their lead at the top of the Sports Direct Women’s Premiership.
The Reds, still with a perfect record after 12 games, moved in front after nine minutes when Hannah Doherty’s cross went over the head of the visiting keeper.
Carla Devine added a second on 36 minutes with a composed close range shot, but the real damage was done immediately after the break when Caitlin McGuinness made it 3-0 with a smart near post finish before, moments later, sister Kirsty evaded a number of tackles to fire into the corner from the net from around 20 yards.
Caitlin doubled her tally in the 55th minute with a tap in after the keeper failed to hold onto an Abbie Magee cross, with Doherty completing the scoring soon after with her second of the night also.

Rhianna Breen broke the deadlock midway through the first half to edge the Blues in front, with Cora Chambers hitting a quick fire double around the half-hour mark.
Chambers, now the league’s leading scorer with 15 goals for the season, went on to bag another couple after the break with Breen also grabbing her second of the night alongside strikes from Eve Reilly and Zoe McGlynn.
Madison Nelson earned a stoppage time consolation for the home side from the spot.

The action continues on Sunday as Glentoran welcome Lisburn Rangers to the Blanchflower Stadium (kick-off 4pm) while on Monday night, Larne take on Cliftonville at Inver Park (7.45pm).
