The two clubs have reportedly shaken hands on a €2m loan deal until the end of the season.

According to the report, the Portuguese striker is still in London but is about to travel to Milan to undergo medical tests and sign his contract with the Rossoneri.

Sky confirms that the player’s agent, Jorge Mendes, played a key role in negotiations, convincing Chelsea to lower their demands for a paid loan deal.

Milan expect to make room for Joao Felix by sending Noah Okafor to Napoli.
