WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Lilywhites this morning.
The 29-year-old joins Spurs after one year playing her football in the finetwork Liga F with Real Madrid. Raso made 28 appearances for The Whites in the Spanish top flight in which she scored four goals.
Fans of the Barclays Women’s Super League will know all about Raso’s qualities with the player having turned out for Manchester City between 2021 and 2023. The winger made 47 appearances for The Cityzens in all competitions, scoring nine goals. She won the Women’s League Cup with Manchester City in 2021/2022.
On the international stage, Raso is a member of the Australian national team. She has 82 senior caps to her name while she has scored 19 goals for her country. The player has most recently turned out for the CommBank Matildas at last summer’s FIFA Women’s World Cup and at this year’s Olympic Games.
Raso is a top player and she will be hoping to add value to Robert Vilahamn’s talented Spurs side this season.
The winger is Spurs’ fourth signing of the summer transfer window following the recent additions of Amanda Nildén, Ella Morris and Clare Hunt.
