WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from Spurs earlier this evening.
The players join a Watford side that will be looking to bounce back from last season’s Barclays Women’s Championship relegation at the first attempt. The Golden Girls kicked-off the new FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division season with a 3-1 defeat at promotion rivals Hashtag United on Sunday.
Midfielder Bowyer is no stranger to third tier football. She spent time with Ipswich Town last season as she continued her professional development. The 18-year-old made six appearances for The Tractor Girls in the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division in which she scored one goal.
Winger Lazarro is yet to get a taste of senior football. The 17-year-old has been a regular for Spurs at Professional Game Academy League level. She will now be hoping to prove herself in the first team at Watford.
Bowyer and Lazarro could be in-line to make their Watford debuts this weekend when the Hertfordshire club play host to Billericay Town in the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division.
