After yet another European win during the week, Liverpool return to domestic football once again as they look to maintain their pursuit of the Premier League title. The Reds could finish the weekend nine points clear and with a game in hand, if results go their way as well as getting the three points against Ipswich Town.
With that being said, let’s take a look at our predicted lineup for this one…
Alisson Becker will remain as the goalkeeper for this one, but ahead of him you can expect a few changes. Virgil Van Dijk will captain the side from the heart of defence, but Ibou Konate will come in for Jarell Quansah to partner the Dutchman.

Both full-backs will also likely change, with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson both coming back into the starting lineup in place of Conor Bradley and Kostas Tsimikas.
Verdict: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk (C), Robertson
In midfield, Alexis Mac Allister will return to the starting lineup in place of Curtis Jones who is sidelined with an injury, which he picked up in the 2-1 victory over Lille. Mac Allister will partner Ryan Gravenberch in the double pivot, with both players looking to continue their phenomenal form this season.

Dominik Szoboszlai will remain in the starting lineup in that advanced role that he played on Tuesday. Harvey Elliott will be eyeing some valuable minutes once again in this one, off the back of two impressive appearances from the bench.
Verdict: Mac Allister, Gravenberch, Szoboszlai
Slot will likely make one change to the front three that started against Lille on Tuesday. Cody Gakpo will certainly come back into the side after having the night off, and the Dutchman will likely replace Darwin Nunez in the starting eleven.

Luis Diaz will move back into the false-nine for this game, whilst Gakpo will take up his usual role on the left. On the opposite side, Mohamed Salah will be looking to continue his historic Premier League campaign.
Federico Chiesa and Nunez will both be hoping to make an impact from the bench, whilst Diogo Jota remains sidelined through injury.
Verdict: Salah, Diaz, Gakpo
Starting XI: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk (C), Robertson, Gravenberch, Mac Allister, Szoboszlai, Salah, Diaz, Gakpo
Bench: Kelleher, Quansah, Bradley, Tsimikas, Endo, Morton, Elliott, Nunez, Chiesa
