MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf Women’s U-20 Qualifiers continued on Friday as 24 nations start their quests towards the Concacaf U-20 Women’s Championship and FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
Three more groups began play, with Group A taking place in Antigua and Barbuda, Group C in the Dominican Republic, and Group E in Trinidad and Tobago.
The six group winners will advance to the CU20 Championship, which will determine the four Concacaf representatives for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
Another high-scoring matchday delivered with 39 goals scored, where Trinidad and Tobago star Orielle Martin struck a brace, the Dominican Republic’s Renata Mercedes earned a hat-trick, and Canada’s front line shined with hat-trick scorers Léa Larouche and Kierra Blundell, Natelle El Mokbel with four goals, and Golden Boot leader Kayle Hunter with five.
Guyana 0, Belize 0
Guayana and Belize played to a scoreless draw, each taking a point, in Group A at the ABFA Technical Center in Saint John's, Antigua and Barbuda. The two nations were inseparable in their first encounter in the qualifiers.
Goalkeepers Nya-Grace Young of Guyana and Angelica Lopez of Belize earned their first clean sheets of the campaign.
Haiti 3, Antigua and Barbuda 1
Haiti won 3-1 against Antigua and Barbuda in Group A at the ABFA Technical Center in Saint John's, Antigua and Barbuda.
Antigua and Barbuda took the lead in the 9’ as Iressiea Allen struck the nation’s first goal in the tournament.

A right-footed shot in the area from Renata Mercedes gave the hosts the lead in the 3’.
Ava Barker doubled the hosts’ advantage in the 23’ with a shot into the bottom left corner.
Sophia Espinal struck the third goal for the Dominican Republic in the 46’.
Jeanery Diaz sent a header in the box in the 49’, giving the Quisqueyanas their fourth goal of the night. Diaz scored a brace and the fifth goal for the Dominican Republic in the 51’.
Mercedes stepped up again, this time with a header in the box from a corner kick, in the 54’, to get the hosts their sixth goal of the evening. Mercedes repeated her header in the box, this time in the 58’, to complete her hat-trick.
Captain Jaylen Vallecillo scored in the 72’ to put a bow on the Dominican Republic win.
Canada 22, Dominica 0
Canada won 22-nil against Dominica in Group E at Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva, Trinidad and Tobago.
Léa Larouche opened Canada’s goal count with an in the 5’ with a right-footed shot.
Kayle Hunter scored in the 7’, to give Canada its second goal. Sienna Gibson put the third goal in the 9’.
Jadea Collin gave Canada its fourth goal in the 11’. Hunter got her brace in the 22’.
Larouche scored back-to-back goals in the area, sealing her hat-trick and the sixth and seventh goals for Canada in the 27’ and 31’.
The eighth goal for Canada came from a header by Ava Greco in the 36’. Just a minute later, in the 37, Chinonyerem Chukwu netted the ninth goal for the Canucks.
A low left-footed shot by Hunter in the 45’ completed her hat-trick and Canada’s 10th goal of the night.
Chukwu closed the first half getting her brace from the penalty spot in the 45’+3’.
Kierra Blundell scored the 12th goal for Canada in the 48’, with a left-footed shot in the box.
Hunter scored her fourth goal of the match in the 54’. Hunter put the ball back in the net again from the penalty spot in the 61’.
Natelle El Mokbel put her name in the scoresheet in the 65’ from a free kick outside the box. Blundell got a brace with a header in the box in the 69’.
Iba Oching added the 17th goal for Canada in the 73’. El Mokbel's completed her brace in the 75’ and the 18th goal for the two-time champions.
Jadea Collin got her first goal and 19th for Canada in the 76’.
Blundell closed her night with a hat-trick in the 88’.
El Mokbel also earned her hat-trick, and the 21st goal for Canada, in the 90’. She finished the match with four goals and final goal for her team in the 90’+2’.
Trinidad and Tobago 3, Bermuda 0
Trinidad and Tobago earned a 1-nil home win against Bermuda in Group E at Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva, Trinidad and Tobago.
After a scoreless first half, the Soca Warriors broke the deadlock in the 66’ as Orielle Martin scored the opening goal.
A free kick from midfield by Maddison Campbell in the 78’ doubled Trinidad and Tobago’s lead.
The third goal came in the 90’+1 from the penalty spot, as Martin collected her brace.
