Inter captain Lautaro Martinez has the best minute-per-goal ratio in the Champions League this season, having netted one goal every 81 minutes.

Inter star Lautaro Martínez is the best player in the 2024-25 Champions League in terms of goals scored per minute, considering players who have started at least two games in the competition this term.

As highlighted by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via FCInter1908), the Argentine has netted one goal every 81 minutes in Europe’s elite competition, even better than Barcelona stars Robert Lewandowski (one goal every 87 minutes) and Raphinha (one goal every 85 minutes).

Overall, Lewandowski (11) and Raphinha (12) have scored more goals than Lautaro (8) in the Champions League this term, but El Toro is slightly more consistent than the Barcelona pair.

Inter will face Barcelona in the first leg of the Champions League semifinals on April 30, while the second leg will be hosted at San Siro on May 6.

Inter hope Lautaro’s striker partner, Marcus Thuram, will recover in time for the first leg semifinal, as the Frenchman was diagnosed with muscle fatigue today.
