Brendan Rodgers has named his Celtic team for this afternoon’s Premiership clash against Motherwell. The Scottish Champions are at home for the first time in fourteen years for the traditional Boxing Day fixture and will be looking to collect all three points.
Brendan has made four changes from the team that drew at Tannadice as Celtic look to extend their lead over Rangers, who play this evening.
Kasper Schmeichel starts in goals.
A back four consisting of Greg Taylor, Liam Scales, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Tony Ralston start.
In the midfield, Callum McGregor stays alongside Arne Engels and Paulo Bernardo.
In attack, Adam Idah starts through the middle with Daizen Maeda on the left and Yang on the right.
There are a number of players on the bench that will look to positively influence the game if introduced by Brendan. Nicolas Kühn being fit enough to make the bench is positive, especially given next week’s Glasgow Derby.
