Fulham will open a new bar, sky garden, swimming pool and restaurant as part of The Riverside development
Fulham FC has signed two top chefs as part of its new Riverside development, the Standard can reveal.
Oli Marlow, a lifelong Fulham fan and former Great British Menu winner, and Alex Dilling of the two Michelin-starred Hotel Café Royal, are the first of many “culinary signings”, the football club said.
Both will lead new match day experiences at Fulham’s new stand, due to open this summer before the next Premier League season.
The Riverside development, adjacent to the River Thames, is to feature a new bar, a garden walkway and a swimming pool, as well as a new first-floor restaurant called The Gourmet, where Marlow and Dilling will lead food concepts.

Marlow, who oversees restaurants such as Simon Rogan’s Michelin-starred Aulis in London, told the Standard: “I’m a lifelong Fulham fan and it's an absolute honour to become part of this incredible family football club.
“I'm excited to contribute to the match-day experience for fans and I'm committed to achieving just as much success off the pitch as the team delivers on it. I look forward to sharing my passion for great food and hospitality with the Fulham community.”
Fulham said The Gourmet will feature a changing roster of food concepts and chef stations at its new restaurant.
Dilling is best-known for his high-end French cooking and said: “Fulham is putting something truly special on the table, both in the Premier League and in the kitchen, and I’m excited to be part of a team that’s as ambitious about their food as they are their football.”
Fulham sit in eighth place in the Premier League and play Arsenal away next week.
Head of hospitality for the club Elliot Machin said the Riverside development will welcome other chefs at the Thames Bar and Sky Deck and premium memberships will be on sale in the coming months.
