Belgium’s Euro 2020 last 16 encounter with Portugal needed a spark to ignite it, and it came from Hazard … though perhaps not the one you were expecting.
On the stroke of half-time in Seville, Thorgan Hazard gave the Red Devils the lead with a beautiful strike from outside the area.
It was Belgium’s first shot on target of the game and is also Hazard’s second goal of the tournament.
Captain Eden Hazard hasn’t found the net for his country for 20 months but if his brother keeps doing the business, he won’t have to.
