Three attackers whom Southampton must get rid of in the summer transfer window

The forward trio Southampton must part ways with at the season's end if they wish to get back on track to glorious days.
Tell me, what fate awaits a Premier League team whose forwards have scored fewer goals than the rest of their team? Now, if you grasp the sarcasm, fantastic! If not, let me tell you.
Well, sadly, we talk about Southampton's current season here. While we’ve all known the Saints have struggled up front, these numbers put things into brutal perspective.
Needless to say, strict changes are needed at the Saints next season. On that note, let's take a look at 3 forwards Southampton must move on from this summer:
If there’s one player Southampton must offload, it’s Ross Stewart. Having spent most of his Southampton career in the club's medical area, Stewart has been a sure-shot €10 million flop.
After all, featuring in just 9 senior games, Stewart's case has just taught the Saints not to overly trust every Championship hit again.
When the summer window opens, Southampton should waste no time in offloading him, then whatever price they may fetch.
Arriving after a purple-patch Sheffield spell, Brereton Diaz's signing had all the fans excited. But if Stewart’s spell was frustrating, Brereton Diaz’s has been outright embarrassing.
Unlike Stewart, who at least had injuries as an excuse, Brereton Diaz simply failed to deliver with his goal drought seeing him benched repeatedly.
Ironically, the one-club wonder is thriving again, but with Sheffield United in the Championship. Clearly, it's time for Southampton to move on from Diaz and cash in while they still can.
Now, this name might surprise you. After all, Onuachu has been Southampton's joint-highest Premier League scorer this season.
But, still, Paul Onuachu remains one of Southampton’s biggest transfer misfires. His recent three-goal flurry does little to justify the hefty fee Southampton paid for him in January 2023.
