Tottenham have gone into the international break on a frustrating note, after they fell to a shock defeat at home to Ipswich.
It has left Ange Postecoglou’s side 10th in the Premier League, though only three points off third in a closely-packed table.
Micky van de Ven did not feature in Sunday’s match in north London, as he continues to be sidelined with a hamstring injury, while Richarlison, Wilson Odobert and Mikey Moore were also ruled out.
Micky van de Ven was forced off early in the Carabao Cup win over Manchester City last month.
The hamstring injury is not believed to be a hugely serious one, with Postecoglou offering a relatively positive update before his side’s defeat to Ipswich.
He said: “Yeah, it will be after the international break. When after will just be dictated by his progress during that time.
“I think probably the end of the international break will be about four weeks (since he was injured), so it will be some time after that, but when exactly we’ll just have to wait and see.”
Potential return date: Early December 2024
Postecoglou has confirmed that Richarlison faces another lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering a “significant” hamstring issue.
The Brazilian already missed two months of the campaign with an unspecific injury and then picked up a fresh issue after coming off the bench against Aston Villa.
“He was doing everything right, we kind of eased him back into playing and tried not to overload him and unfortunately he broke down again,” Postecoglou said.
Richarlison wrote on social media: “It’s a difficult moment, again. I was very happy working hard and playing, but now I am injured again”.
“It’s difficult to say what I’m feeling in this moment, just pray for me… I hope God will protect me.”

Teenager Mikey Moore missed the defeat to Galatasaray with illness and did not recover in time to make the squad against Ipswich.
It is expected that Moore will be in contention for the trip to Manchester City after the international break.
Potential return date: Saturday November 23, vs Manchester City
Wilson Odobert’s return to fitness is not believed to be imminent after he suffered a setback.
The winger had made his return from a month out with a hamstring injury against AZ Alkmaar, featuring briefly off the bench.
But Postecoglou revealed that Odobert has now picked up another hamstring issue, one that could keep him out for a while.
“The only other one missing out which is a bit of a disappointment is Wilson, who has had a setback during the week and it seems like it is a serious one so we're just waiting for more information,” he said.
“It's not exactly the same [injury] but the same area.”
Potential return date: Unknown
