Ligue 1 Uber Eats clubs are stepping up their game in the final stretch of the transfer window. First up, PSG managed to bag the services of France U21 international Bradley Barcola. The soon-to-be 21-year-old striker has left hometown club Olympique Lyonnais for Paris, signing a five-season contract. A starter in the first three matches of the season with OL, he hit five goals and provided nine assists last season.
Bakayoko's back!
On Thursday evening, FC Lorient announced the signing of Tiémoué Bakayoko. The 29-year-old defensive midfielder has signed for two seasons. Trained at Rennes and having played for Monaco, Chelsea, Napoli and Milan, the French international was out of contract and available on a free.
"FC Lorient are ambitious in terms of their game and their future prospects," he explained. "Their start to the season reflects what they want to put in place, with a coach I know well from my time at U19 level in Rennes."
