Inter Milan have handily set a new club record for Champions League season earnings with their draw against Bayern Munich.
Calcio e Finanza highlight how the Nerazzurri have reached €113.5 million earnings from this campaign alone after securing their place in the semifinals.
Inter Milan have booked their place in the semifinals of the Champions League. They will face Barcelona next month after seeing out a quarterfinal tie against Bayern Munich.
This is not the furthest that Inter have ever gone in Europe’s top club competition.
However, the Champions League is more lucrative than ever thanks to a change in format. The extra matches have meant that UEFA now dole out even more prize money.
And that has seen Inter’s earnings soar.

Inter Milan brought in €18.62 million just for participation in this season’s edition of the Champions League.
Then, the Nerazzurri earned €9.2 million for their position in fourth in the “league phase” table.
On top of that, Inter brought in €2 million for reaching the round of sixteen directly, rather than through a playoff.
A further €24.02 million has so far entered Inter’s coffer via the “European quotient.”
Then, Inter have earned €13.3 million in the form of results bonuses.
The Nerazzurri brought in €11 million for reaching the round of sixteen. And then €12.5 million for making it to the quarterfinals.
And for reaching the semifinals with their aggregate win over Bayern, Inter have brought in a further €15 million.
