UEFA Women’s Nations League group stage fixtures featured a 3-2 comeback win for Sweden over Italy completed with a 95th-minute penalty.
Group A1 – Netherlands 3-1 Austria, Scotland 0-4 Germany
Germany remain top on goal-difference after scoring four times in Scotland, Elisa Senss scoring in the first minute, Jule Brand forcing a Sophie Howard own-goal, Lea Schuller and Cora Zicai also finding the net.
Netherlands stay level on points with Germany following a 3-1 result against Austria. The Dutch struck first through Jackie Groenen, Damaris Egurrola doubling the lead early in the second half, Sherida Spitse adding a penalty and Maria. Plattner replying in added time.
Group A2 – Iceland 0-0 Norway, Switzerland 0-2 France
France went five points clear with a third straight win, which came 2-0 in Switzerland with first-half goals from Sandy Baltimore and Salma Bacha. Norway moved on to four points with a goalless draw in Iceland.

Group A3 – England 5-0 Belgium, Portugal 2-4 Spain
England are a point cleat in first place after overcoming Belgium with five different scorers. Lucy Bronze and Millie Bright got goals in the opening 45, Aggie Beever-Jones, Jess Park and Keira Walsh adding one apiece.
Spain leapfrogged Portugal into second with a 4-2 away win over their neighbours. Patri Guijarro’s opener was quickly cancelled out by Catarina Amado, goals from Laia Aleixandri and Clàudia Pina then putting Spain 3-1 up, before Carole Costa replied from the spot and Esther González made sure of the win late on.
Group A4 – Sweden 3-2 Italy, Wales 1-2 Denmark
Sweden lead the table but had to come from behind to dramatically defeat Italy with a stoppage-time penalty. Emma. Severini had the visitors in front for nearly an hour but Kosovare Asllani and Filippa Angeldahl turned the match around. Michela Cambiaghi got Italy back on level terms, before Fridolina Rolfö won it from the spot in the 95th minute.
Ceri Holland fired Wales level after Denmark had led through Signe Bruun but the home goalscorer suffered a serious looking injury and Amalie Vangsgaard got through to slip home a winner for the Danes.
Group B1 – Poland 5-1 Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania 1-1 Northern Ireland
Northern Ireland took the lead in Romania through Danielle Maxwell but the hosts soon equalised through Mihaela Ciolacu for a 1-1 draw.
Poland have now won their first three matches, with Ewa Pajor twice on target in the 5-1 defeat of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Group B2 – Greece 0-4 Republic of Ireland, Slovenia 3-0 Türkiye
Ireland won in Greece with a much-improved showing after the break, goals coming from Marissa Sheva, Kyra Carusa, Jessie Stapleton and Amber Barrett.
Slovenia lead the group with three wins from three and as many goals against Türkiye.

Group B3 – Finland 0-0 Belarus, Hungary 1-0 Serbia
Serbia are top by three points after Nina Matejić’s 69th-minute goal gave them victory in Hungary.
Finland dominated possession but had to settle for a goalless draw at home to Belarus.
Group B4 – Albania 4-0 Croatia, Ukraine 1-0 Czechia
Ukraine lead the table by three points after extending their prefect start against second-placed Czechia, Olha Ovdiychuk with the only goal.
Albania got off the mark with a 4-0 defeat of Croatia, who had a player sent off after the hour mark when two goals down.
Group C1 – Faroe Islands 2-0 Moldova, Gibraltar vs Slovakia
Faroe Islands beat Moldova with two second-half goals, to make it two wins from three games so far.
Group C2 – Cyprus 2-2 Andorra, Georgia 2-3 Malta
Tere Morató scored both goals for Andorra as they got off the mark with a fine 2-2 draw at Cyprus, who had won their first two games.
Sheffield United’s Maria Farrugia bagged a first-half brace to help set up a 3-1 win for Malta in Georgia.
Group C3 – Armenia 1-3 Luxembourg, Liechtenstein 0-4 Kazakhstan
Amy Thompson was twice on target for Luxembourg as they made it seven points from three games with victory away to Armenia.
Kazakhstan scored four times without reply in Liechtenstein in securing their first win.

Group C4 – Lithuania 0-2 Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan’s successful trip to Lithuania put them level on points with leaders Montenegro.
Group C5 – Estonia 0-0 Bulgaria
Estonia and Bulgaria both banked their first point in a goalless draw, with Israel’s lead in the group now down to five points.
Group C6 – North Macedonia 1-3 Latvia
Latvia continued their winning start to the group with a 3-1 result away to North Macedonia.
