Tosin Adarabioyo has highlighted Tyrqiue George as a youngster to look out for and described him as a “very talented boy.”
The Chelsea squad is packed with talent, but a lack of experience has cost them on a number of occasions this season.
Tosin, who arrived on a free transfer from Fulham last summer has been one of the players who’s filled the leadership void in the squad.
Chelsea’s transfer policy has completely changed since Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital took over three years ago, with the club now focused on signing the best young talent from around the world.
The Blues have the youngest squad in the league with an average age of 24.4, and Enzo Maresca has spoken of the need for more experience.
Chelsea aren’t just signing the best young talent, their famed Cobham academy is also continuing to produce top players.

Tosin was recently asked in an interview to highlight a youngster to look out for and he singled out academy graduate George, who has his dad to thank for where he is now.
“For me, I’d probably say Tyrique George,” he told Rio Ferdinand Presents.
“For me, he’s a very talented boy. He’s also got the mindset to push on. He’s always looking to improve. I’d say Tyrique George right now at Chelsea.”
George has had a breakthrough season making 22 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice, including his first Premier League goal, whilst he’s also provided four assists.
Whilst supporters are desperate for Chelsea to sign players with leadership and experience, the youth recruitment drive is showing no signs of slowing down.
The Blues are said to have a strong interest in 17-year-old River Plate sensation Mastantuono, who has a release clause of £38m.
