The previous record belonged to Moise Kean, who made his debut in the competition at Juventus at the age of 16 years and 267 days.

Camarda even found the net a few minutes after his introduction from the bench in the second half, but it was disallowed for offside after a VAR check.

The Italian striker took his shirt off to celebrate and was also booked.

If the goal had stood, Camarda would have become Milan’s youngest Champions League goalscorer.

The Rossoneri secured their first Champions League win this evening, beating Club Brugge 3-1.
