Manchester City moved up to second in the Women's Super League after a fine 4-2 win away at Aston Villa.
Scorers: Grant 6', Aleixandri (OG) 46'; Miedema 28' 35', Fowler 56', Park 62'
It was Villa who took the lead inside six minutes as Chasity Grant netted well to shock Gareth Taylor's side.
But City quickly showed their class on the ball and equalised just before the half hour mark as Vivianne Miedema fired home.
The Netherlands international then doubled her tally for the afternoon just a few moments later as she curled in a spectacular effort from 25 yards out.
Into the second half and it didn't take Villa long to get themselves back in the game as Laia Aleixandri scored an own goal after good work down the left-hand side.
Their lead lasted all of 10 minutes however as Mary Fowler cut in off the right flank and fired in a brilliant shot from the edge of the area.
The visitors extended their advantage on the hour mark as Jess Park poked home a delightful cross from Kerstin Casparij.
