... personnel: “Junior Dina Ebimbe isn’t available and neither is Can Uzun. He returned from international duty with an infection, had a setback after the Stuttgart game and hasn’t trained this week. Elye Wahi has been involved in parts of training but could feel his medial knee ligament while passing the ball. We hope he can make the squad against Tottenham. Ansgar Knauff was quite lucky in the circumstances – he won’t be available against Bremen but probably will be in London next week.”

… the atmosphere in the camp: “The mood is very good, which is important. It’s just as important that we’re also focused on the next game. We have a good balance there.”

… the situation in goal: “Kevin Trapp has been able to do some training but still has minor problems with the shin. It only makes sense for him to play if he’s 100% fit, so Kaua Santos will be in goal at Bremen.”

... tactics against Bremen: “We have several different options to consider and plenty of wiggle room. Perhaps we’ll have to change the system. We’ll come up with something and make the right call after the final training session.”

… SV Werder Bremen: “Werder have a very good coach. Ole Werner always sets the team up perfectly, particularly in terms of their offensive structure. They have some very clever moves from throw-ins. I expect them to play the way they always do – they’ll press high, work their way into the box by being proactive, playing one-twos, switching play and delivering crosses. However, we also have the means to hurt our opponents.”

being under pressure in the final straight: “We don’t feel any! We’ve done very well so far. We’re really looking forward to playing in Bremen on Saturday. We want to win every game and know our qualities. We have an incredibly good spirit, which is something we want to maintain.”
